wkc training PROGRAMS
Team classes offer semi-individualized programming to coincide with a fun and energetic environment. Small groups up to 8 participants establish movement basics while building metabolic capacities through strength and conditioning work. There is a heavy focus on proper movement mechanics, and each team member is evaluated using the Functional Movement System's FMS Screen. Every exercise can be regressed or progressed based on each person’s unique abilities and skill levels, while still enjoying the group atmosphere.
Semi-Private Training delivers individual programming designed for the person seeking unique goals with 2-3 other members. Semi-Private Training creates level of camaraderie among participants that brings out the best in everyone.
Each person participating in Semi-Private Training will receive a specialized program designed around his or her specific goals. Everyone goes through a movement evaluation using the methods of the Functional Movement System's FSM scoring screen.
Semi-Private members will start every training session with soft tissue work, mobility, and movement preparation exercises. The training practice will focus on corrective strategies based on the FMS screen while developing strength, conditioning, and enhancing overall individual performance.
WKC NUTRITION Coaching
WKC also provides individual and group nutrition coaching. The group format takes place three times a year, called The 6-Week Transformation Program.
WKC nutrition coaching is a science-driven, research-based nutritional service tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle. The individual is an active participant in the process, learning many skills to build healthy habits, establishing control over body weight, developing maximal metabolic capacity, all while eating satisfying foods.

Online/Distance Training is available for people who are not able to make it to our facility.
